  • Managed a caseload of 4-6 upper-elementary students (4th and 5th grade) throughout the 2024-2025 school year.

  • Assessed needs of individual students and the wider campus climate using the organization's assessment survey.

  • Implemented evidence-based interventions during once-a-week sessions in response to student-driven goals and targeted needs related to self-esteem, social skills, and emotional regulation.

  • Facilitated and supplemented curriculum for two groups of 5th-grade girls groups with 4-5 members; topics included self-esteem, understanding emotions, decision making, and mindfulness.
